I doubt Tim gives a about any doubts about him.

Impossible to say now whether Tim's already winding down his interest and career in basketball or just suffering from PF and recent sickness. Maybe the playoffs and next spring will tell. He started off last November very strong until the PF brought him down.

It was a horrible game for Tony and Tim to have horrible games. If they can't get up and play their best for the Mavs now, will they get up, and deliver, for Mavs and Pistons in the playoffs?

That's what people were saying last year when people doubted him in games 3 and 4 against the Pistons.

Duncan has nothing to prove, he already has 3 rings, 3 Finals MVP trophies and a gazillion other honors. And if it weren't for his injuries, he would be a serious MVP candidate every year. So yea, if healthy, of course Tim can win MVP next year.
