I love seeing the confetti come down and hearing "We are the Champions" and crying like a 6 year old skinning his knee.
Is It The Defense? The Steal? The Fast Break? The Alley-oop? Is It The Uniform? The Seats? The Glitz? The Glamor? Is It The Hair? The Personalities? The Style? The Buzzer Beater? The Three? The No-look Pass? Do You Love The Running Down The Court? Running Your Mouth? Is It The W? Or The Shoes? The Highlights? The Rock? The Fans? The Swish? The san Antonio Spurs?
What Do You Love?
I love seeing the confetti come down and hearing "We are the Champions" and crying like a 6 year old skinning his knee.
I just love seeing teams play as hard as they can for an entire game.
Needless to say, I've been left wanting in this area since the late 1980's and early 90's. Basically, since Barkley's era, a change has occured where talent is enough, even when it's proven that it's not.
same here,I remember jumping in the air and screaming like a little girl when they won in 1999.

I "love" the defense. I enjoy the score being in the lower 80s or upper 70s (for the other team). Defense wins championships!
i enjoy the hate we get everytime we win
=) Good one
I love everything about the Spurs!!!!!
I LOVE Tony Parker! What a joy it is to watch him play basketball!
And, second only to Tony, I LOVE Timmy Duncan. I love the way the referee gives him the ball to hug before the game starts. That is sooo cool. When any other player gets hurt on the court, I love the way Timmy runs over and has to see their boo-boo, just like a big brother.
Next, I love Manu Ginobili. The man should be a super-hero in a comic strip. He's amazing.
Then come Bruce Bowen and Robert Horry. I even love Rasho.
, I love all the Spurs and everything they represent and stand for. They are a class act that no other organization can compare to.
I love to watch those guys play who I believe really understand the game of basketball.
I love the fact that the Spurs play as a TEAM night in, and night out. There are no egotistical individuals in San Antonio!![]()
i love ginobili's beard
I love that the Spurs are never on police blotters, they never get any negative publicity whatsoever, they all like each other, and it is evident, they play as an unselfish team. I love that fact that every past offensive player that comes to SA(Glen Robinson, NVE, Finley, Smith and Kerr) all buy in to Pop's Defense first at ude and check their egos at the SBC/ATT door, and strive to make plays that benefit the team, rather than their own stats.
I love our coach, who's loved by all of his players even though he is a hard ass disciplinarian. I love that he doesn't treat Tim any different than he does Fabricio. I love that he's a winner!
I love that, too...I also love that the reason he's a "hard ass disciplinarian" is that he loves those guys! I love the whole coaching staff for that reason.
I love poetry, and a glass of scotch, and of course my friend Baxter here.
Well, now, guess what, this is happening. That's how I roll!

I don't know if other people get this or not, but during the playoffs last year I was fortunate enough to be able to go to every home game. Even if we had a huge lead w/ 1 minute remaining in the game, when the game clock hit zero and the buzzer sounded I would always get a slight chill down my spine. I've been to most playoff games during our 3 championship runs (with the exception of '03 because I was in California) and I love that feeling. It's like excitement, relief, joy, and accomplisment rolled into one.
Could Wade guard him? Kobe: "Please. No way. The best defender I've ever played is Bruce Bowen. It's not even close. What San Antonio does on defense against teams is amazing."
Tears. There are always tears for me at the end of playoff games, whether they are tears of joy or sadness. Maybe just emotional release, who knows? That is one of the reasons that I prefer to watch playoff games in the privacy of my own home. That, and the snacks are cheaper. (Just kidding, I'd LOVE to see a playoff game, especially a finals game, in person)
I love crunch time, the opponent NEEDING a bucket to get some of the 'Mo back they've lost to the relentless Spurs. That team coming out of a timeout after a made Spurs basket, with a sure fire play drawn up......and that team ending up with a desperation, fallaway 25 footer which floats harmlessly into Duncan's outstretched arms as the shot-clock buzzer goes off.
Duncan hits Parker in stride, who finds Ginobilli, who goes weak side to an all but forgotten Horry just outside the 3 point line, right of the key.....
timeout again
Many things.
Duncan drilling a turnaround 18 footer vs Pistons was one high point.
Numerous Manu drive n scores.![]()
Nazrs blocks and steals were great.
Shaggy Barry being assertive.
This year i look for Tony Parker in a playoff breakout.
I love LB and the Knicks what a dream come true isn't it Larry.
