    Why do you say that?

Save a seat at the table and a plate of crow for me too.

I was one of the main ones who was against the Finley acquisition. It's worked so far as he has found both his role and his rhythm in the offense.

Of course, I'll be thoroughly convinced once he does the same in the playoffs.

I guess you didn't read the thread I replied to about Mike Fin and him just about single handedly winning five or so games for us, without Mike we might have finished at 58, and I expect the same big things from him in the Playoffs, I also think some people will be surprised by Van X....

Let's see if he steps it up even more in the playoffs, the key test.
His playoff stats vs season went DOWN in his Mavs years.

Although he completely no-showed in both Pistons losses,
he has been shooting great since the ASB.

Brent has also knuckled down and gutted up like a playoff warrior since the trade scare.

We're overloaded at the 2-3 but so damn weak at the 5.

whatever finley did up until tonight doesn't count unless you're packing your boat.

This weekend is when the job starts.

    That's bull ...

People run around saying Tim is an MVP, or Bruce is the DPOY, what you did during the season does matter, those five games he almost single handedly won put us in position to have home court throughout the playoffs (not the Finals if it's Detroit).

So you can't sit there and say it's nothing, that's total bull ...

    Mcfly....

The Spurs could've would've should've won 70 games, but they didn't. There were sacrifices along the way to rest, prevent injury etc.

Anything less than a championship is meaningless.

Well this was from a post when they got the trade. I said I would wait till the season was over to judge. I am looking at his regular season performance. Which I think was outstanding. I got scared he would mess up the chemistry.

Finley has been about what I expected.

Slow start, adjusting to the system, struggling on Defense.

Now he looks comfortable, is shooting very well and playing solid Defense. Hopefully he can keep it up through the playoffs. I have confidence he will, and looking at the rest of the bench I have confidence they will too.

I doubt it. Michael doesn't berate his fellow teammates on national TV.

I was talking about not being able to make a shot. But Fin will have a good playoffs. Now that he is out of _allas he wont be infected by Dirk's playoff disorder anymore.

    Dont think so.

He didnt have a fatass re ed coach run his ass ragged for 45 minutes a game all season.

The jealousy and bitterness over not having a Finley on your team is old.

    Step aside kids....
