What better way to welcome Artest to to the West side of the playoffs then to throw him in the meat grinder that is the AT&T center. Artest has never been in a 7 game series against a team like the Spurs. And it has been proven when a person is scared, the first thing they do is run their mouth to make it seem like they are not scared. I say it will only take 5 games to make him eat his words. But then again it depends on when this Spurs team decides to turn it on. I am sure the East is pretty tough come playoff, but the West is a whole different story. Good Luck Artest. the road to the finals out west is harder imo, lookin at the eastern playoff teams, any healthy given team could cause an upset, stupid bulls.

Ok Alvarez, I know you are young, but Artest is sick. He has a mental illness. If the NBA tried to ban him, they would get their butts sued off by every mental health advocacy group there is. The ACLU would make this the headline every day of the week. So the NBA will not ban Artest for being crazy.
OTOH- Artest has admitted that his playing is better when he does not take his meds and no one can make him take them. This can make him dangerous. If any disciplinary action is taken against him, it will be because he is a danger to himself or to other people= he hurts someone (let's just hope it is not a Spur).
The thing Artest does best is create drama. He makes stupid comments and predictions and looks like a fool. This creates ratings and the league loves it. The NBA would have to create drama if Ron Artest didn't exist to get the casual fan to tune in to this series.
Seems like his first prediction of getting his 8 game below .500 team into the playoffs worked out. What is so foolish?

Ye something like that, some dudes gf wanted to make a statement and took me to a drink where she knew he would be. He called 4 of his friends to back him up, because he was such a gangsta like you probably are. So i got in a fight with some dude i didn't even know for a reason i didn't know.
I got bruised lip like ron got yesterday, he eventually end up in hospital with both his arms broken. You see, i got friends too.
