It's a simple page. Browse to pick image and press "Host It!" You'll see a page of various links for various types of posting. I think the [ IMG ] hyperlink is the second one down.
That's what I do in a hurry.
It's that quick. And, a correction, the [ IMG ] link is the first one.

Another free site is photobucket. And it gives you the tags so all you have to do is copy and paste it.
