Please everyone give him a chance, if you all read Buck Harvey's article from the Spurs playoff preview edition on Sat. you know Timmy's foot is fine and he thinks he's in better condition than he was last year in the 1st round. Obviously he knows better than we do. He's shooting fine when he actually shoots and if not for foul trouble his defense would be great. When we start actually needing him to dominate you all know deep down that he'll be spinning and banking us to victory. He's shooting just under 50% which is pretty good for only taking 16 shots, and he's free throw shooting is good.

You all know Tim feels that if his teammates are wrecking and that he just has to rebound he'll be obliged to do it, there's no way Tim Duncan has lost it. He is fine. Did yall watch the end of the season?????? How could with all his achievements Timmy D lose confidence?

Watch... Tim will dominate in Arco. Last season most of his better games except for in the finals were on the road. Like when had 39 in game 4 against Denver and his monster game Game 4 in Seattle. He dominated in Phoenix and in Seattle, and the only monster game before the finals that I remember him having in SA was Game 3 against Phoenix when he was like 15-15 from the line and we chanted MVP everytime he got to the line!

Tim lets his teammates do the work when they can now, due to all those years of him doing it himself. When we need him he stepped up and last night he did kind of step up with the big And 1 and those rebounds at the end, and the amazing pick on Bibby to spring glorious Brent's shot. When he really needs to go off of course he will. Tony, Manu, Mike, and our role players play better at home cause they feel more combfortable, but in the playoffs Tim steps it up on the road, because he knows his teammates will be feelin pressured.

The switch is on, Tim just hasn't had to use it yet, cause of everyone elses great play. He'll have good games the rest of the series and especially against the Mavericks. If anyone of yall think Tim Duncan (San Antoinio's Savior) has lost his game, shame on you. You know deep down he still has the passion and his game, because all season he comes through, except when he hasn't had the ball all game and he messed up, of course he does... he has no momentum, like Bruce Bowen said.

Timmy D is and always will be our most dangerous player, and like Shaq is always feared and respected same goes with Tim. He is going to come up big when needed, if that's a close game or one that should be a blowout where we arent raining threes.

Tim Duncan carried us to victory in the past,
Now he just has to lead us to it with not as many dominate performances. I remember these same kind of threads after games one and three of Denver last year when he had bad games...what did Tim do last year?

    Oh Yeah...

    TD always and forever MVP

I don't know, if Tony or Manu keep their acts together or if Duncan doesn't step up, I don't see Timmy being the MVP

I'm not saying finals MVP, or leading scorer this season. But when he dominates a game he will do it more dominating than anyone else in silver and black. I am just saying he will still be our best player at days end, and he will step up, so people need to stop worrying.

Actually he will be finals MVP if we win it, unless Manu is more consistent than last year. Billups wont let Tony free like most pg's do.

I'm just trying to say that he will step up and be himself when he needs to. Which will most likely be Friday... CAN'T WAIT

I'll believe that he's "back" when double teams don't matter, and he scores anyway. He hasn't done that consistantly since he hurt his ankles last year. Also, the bank shot: it's MIA. It REALLY helps to set up his post game by getting players to lean towards him. He also uses their aggression to come up under their arms for those cheapie fouls. NONE of that happens without the banker.

Right now I think Duncan is just doing what any older and wiser winner does and handles the bad times like a true pro. He goes to work when his offense is slower, he does the funds to put people to sleep all in the paint.

I basically think Duncan is the man when those silver-lined trunks go on.

Problem is, which if you asked any Spur they would said it wasn't one, is we're the underdogs again. For some reason the ora of being 2nd favorites is just actually wearing onto us and I know it shows in the fans.

We're going to win this, beat whoever steps to the center line in the Finals, and make room for a 5th banner hopefully by July.

    Believe it's going to happen.
