hey guys sorry i havent posted all day but i have been depressed ever since boner hit that three. as soon as he made it i knew the game was over. without our best player artest and then not having bonzi after him fouling out. I will be at game three cheering on my team and hopefully they can get over this tough loss and im sure they will with that amazing fanbase right behind them. if fans didnt know who kevin martin was before this series they sure as know who he is now. i also think tim duncan is to slow to guard SAR on the low block. i know timmy was in foul trouble when reef was going off but i have seen even in the regular season that timmy cant guard him. i think bonzi is to strong for manu or finley to guard and i think he can score pretty consistently on them. as for bibby and brad i heard on the kings radio station that they were in the practice facility shooting shot after shot. so hopefully they can snap out of it. dont get me wrong i know you guys have alot of matchups in your favor but i strongly believe that with arrest back, oops i mean artest i think we have a strong chance of evening the series at 2 apiece.GO KINGS!!!!!!!!!!

Has SAR ever had trouble scoring down low or on the baseline when he's in a groove? Same goes for Bonzi one-on-one. That's why I was concerned before the series got started that these iso matchups were tough for the Spurs. Wherever Bonzi, SAR and KT have played, they have given the Spurs problems. The only way to disrupt Bonzi and SAR's rhythm is to double them hard (with variation) and force them to pass.

I don't think anyone can guard Bonzi when he's in the zone. He's very quick for a big man. Could be big problems for us when we go to Sac-town.

You're right, I mean all SAR's scoring did come when Tim was just sattled with 5 fouls.

    lol

SAR and Bonzi have always played well against the Spurs, particularly SAR, they've also almost always been on the wrong end of the scoreboard at the end of the game, despite playing well from an individual and statictical POV...that's important. Their individual success has seldom translated to team success...

Glenn Robinson for example was a guy who usually played well and usually beat us...that's the kind of player that scares me....a guy who dominates us and has a habit of beating us...Bigg Dogg, AI...

Bonzi and SAR's succes against us has been more similar to the type of success Steve Nash has had against us, always puts up huge numbers against us too...but it never translates to wins.

Hopefully Artest will take away shots from Bonzi and Shareef, like he did in game 1. The way those two played, I'd much rather see Ron, with his sprained thumb, taking shots all night long.

not all of it but anyway he cant guard him one on one i dont care how many ing fouls he has. all im saying is look for the kings to jump out to an early lead and eventually winning game 3.

Cool. Then maybe Artest will deliver an elbow to Adelman's head.

I wouldn't be shocked if the Kings won game 3.

But then the question becomes.....Can Martin have two career nights back to back?

The Kings will have their work cut out for them- even in their own arena. The Spurs won't want to mess around with these guys.

"Kid" came to "Play" in game 2. Doubtful for a repeat performance... he had the element of surprise on his side because I bet not even Pop thought to prepare for that. Should be well prepared for game 3. I want to see if Bonzi and SAR can keep up the low block work. If they can it will be another very tight game. If they can't it may not be so tight.

The spurs will win game 3 and crush all the Sac's hearts. Kings can have game 4 though.

Ron will take note of that and hopefully realize he doesn't have to do it all by himself.

Not likely. No way he gets as many touches Friday as he did in game 2 and I dont see him getting to the line 10 times either.

Look for em win, like you thought they would win games 1 and 2?

    Duncan can't guard Abdur Rahim

Ron will take note of that and hopefully realize he doesn't have to do it all by himself.
Yeah cause, Ron Ron has such a good history of being level headed and calm about things.

I gaurantee, if Adelman yanks Bonzi, and leaves him there for longer than Normal, Artest will go postal on the sidelines...

Your reply has absolutely no relevance to what I'm talking about. I fail to see what being level headed and calm have to do with being a team player and realizing his teammates can score as well.

I gaurantee, if Adelman yanks Bonzi, and leaves him there for longer than Normal, Artest will go postal on the sidelines...
Again, you fail to make any sense. Why would Ron go postal if Bonzi is on the bench?

No. You are trying to compare Ron's temperment with his willingness to play within the team's system. That is illogical.
