    Your thoughts?

    ---------
That late screen by Duncan that caught and buckled Mike Bibby while Barry dropped in the crushing three? Still bugs Adelman.

"I wasn't going to say anything (initially), but it was illegal," Adelman said. "That's supposed to be illegal. But we can say it's our fault. We should not have been in the position to get picked. That was our big mistake."

Duncan was standing there... bibby ran into him hard... duncan moved with the contact.

Bibby was so far out of the play anyway that it woudln't have mattered if Duncan had even set the pick.

He moved, before or after was incidental; he also pushed off before that. It's what great players do; know what they can get away with when.

Bottom line; if it isn't called, it's not a foul.

It is good to see, however, that Adellman is dwelling on it.

I thought that Tim might have been moving at the time, too, but I keep forgetting to look again on the replays. Anyway, they are nevernevernevernevernever gonna call that off the ball.

And of all people complaining about setting moving picks, the guy who coached Vlade and Webber?

Tim did move, but SO WHAT. The Kings had the refs calling EVERYTHING for them. They need to STFU and deal because they had a 38-24 advantage going into overtime at the free throw line.

The Kings sound pretty deflated by Game2.

2-0 is a big hole vs Spurs, and they aren't likely to be the 15th team ever to win a series after being down 0-2, and they aren't the 04 Lakers, Rick ain't Phil.

Mavs and Pistons dominated in their Game2s, while the Spurs escaped Game2 with a lucky bounce.

Spurs need to make a show of force in Game3, on the road.

Is Pop the only coach in the league who doesn't whine about plays to the press after a game?

I believe so. Pop has this leave the past in the past mentality. If it;s over then he figures it;s time to move on to the nest thing. Be it the next game or the next season. I like that about him.

Man, are we gonna come out horrible again on game 3 or are we gonna take care of business?

    We better come to play.

However, Avery has Cuban to do his whining to the press for him, so he doesn't count.

Sacramento will have all the intangible mental advantages--return of Artest, played well in game 2, "we wuz robbed", must win, etc--in Game 3.

The Spurs have the advantage/disadvantage of being up two games which can affect their mental outlook positively or negatively. Let's see if they have the killer at ude of champions this year.

Pop could be complaining to the media after many bs calls but what does he do. He does say jack. Adelman can know it was illegal (i thought it wasn't), but he shouldn't about it. The game is over. Worry about the next game. He is showing weakness right now. It's the same with cry baby Ray Allen last year.

Let me tell you one thing billy.. mental advantages dont mean anything.. its when you have the loaded gun, facing your enemy, the willpower to shoot... thats what gets it done

Let's not sanitize Pop. I recall he used to do his fair share of whining in the media but sometime around 2000-2001 stopped. The Spurs wised up and are much more behind the scenes now.

Ahh, Cubo the Crybaby. That guy should be in a starbucks somewhere... not running an NBA team. And the team cries as much as he does.
