"I just kind of lost it," Ginobili said. "It was the worst turnover of my career. I really don't know what happened. I'm just very upset right now. We had the game, and of course I let it go."
Manu won't up like this in the next game,![]()
it's probably true what one poster here said. He probably feels worse than all of the rest of us combined.![]()
Manu will be OK tomorrow. Spurs will response in their style.
If I were Manu, I would guarantee victory in game 4.
Dominate the game.
Manu had a really bad game. happens. I've just put a six-pack of Quilmes in the fridge for Game 4. He will play much better on Sunday.
Is there QUILMES in san antonio??.......really?
![]()
Either one of two things will happen tomorrow...
1. Manu will dominate like it's game 1 of the Finals.
2. Manu will become passive but get his teammates more involved. Tim will have a 30 point game.
The one good thing about Sunday is that you know Manu is going to be pissed and play like it.
Manu lost the game, he played awful and i think he shouldn´t have had that last ball. Thus, i think there were two guilties, pop because he chose manu when it should not have happened and manu because he did the worst thing you can do, lose the ball without shooting when you have the advantage and the clock is helping you. POOR MANU![]()
manu dominate ron since when has he done this![]()
These things do happen. Just a small bump in the road.![]()
MANUre got owned... they call me the prophet for foreseeing that .
Dude, you're a ing idiot.
dude Artest locked up manu. get used to it.![]()
To be honest, I don't think Manu played that bad of a game. So what if he doesn't score 30+ points; he still brings a lot to the table. Energy, defense, ball movement etc. (a lot of the things that don't show up on a box score and often get overlooked) He played within the compounds of the offense tonight and as a result, Duncan looked like his old self. Can we really crucify Manu for this?
Last I checked Manu wasn't the only player on the Spurs. In fact, this year I would put Manu as the third best player. Ron Artest is a great defensive player but its going to take more than just Artest shutting down Manu to beat the Spurs. The Kings may have won this one but I would be very concerned if I were a Kings fan. Kings just won on a miracle shot at home being behind in the series 2-0. If there is a silver lining in all these for the Spurs is that Tim played great and the team finally cranked up the defense.
Finley Jump Shot: Made (17 PTS) Assist: Ginobili (4 AST)
0:41 [SAS 93-92]
0:27 Artest Turnover: Lost Ball Out of Bounds (1 TO) <<< Caused by Manu
0:27 Team Timeout: Regular
Ginobili Turnover: Lost Ball (7 TO) Steal: Bibby (3 ST)
0:04
What Manu taketh, he giveth away.
Artest is a monster for Manu to beat. I'd be surprised if he breaks out this series in a big way, now that Artest has his emotions under control.
lets hope he does not force things and try too fancy passes (if he does let them be caught)
I think Manu took it really hard. He just wants to win so he knows that he made a stupid play that cost the game and is taking it hardest on himself because he's such a compe or. Last year he did a stupid play that pretty much cost us a game against Denver and I remember Tim saying Manu took it a lot harder on himself than anybody else did on him.
