If that series does happen, the winner has an unfair advantage for the conference finals, imo. Both LA teams wouldn't have to travel for two weeks.
Soooo... the Clips will win... it looks like the Lakers might win... who would have home court advantage in the Staples center?
EDIT: This is in the wrong forum I know, but the question is who would have home court? Would the overflow of the majority (Lakers Fans) make it so it is nothing but Lakers home games? Or when they change the wood, could the Lakers feel like an away game?

a 6-7 matchup winnner in NO WAY has an advantage over Dallas or SA. It's probably BAD for them not to travel and remain used to it.
Im rooting for it.
Id watch every game of that series!!!
Well i suppose that here are some users that do not know about the exsistance of the NBA forum
Yep... youre right, I put it in the wrong place... begin the lawsuit actions... I expect subpoenas anyday.
Is this the direction of this thread?
Pretty pitifull but ohh well....![]()
I don't think the Suns are gonna roll over and die anytime soon.....
Having two LA teams is unfair to begin with...
Anyways, if that happens I hope the Clips crush the Fakers.
The Staples Center is alot like the ATT...Like 80% of the seats are already sold out to season ticket holders. So when the Clips have a home game they will really have a homecourt advantage b/c most fans at the game will be Clipper season tix holders...same with the Lakers
They would be the envy of the league, no road games and you get to sleep in your own bed each night.
And why it would be not fair to have 2 LA teams if we can support them both financially? The Laker games are for the rich people and the Clipper games are for the regular people that can't afford Laker tickets.![]()
^Hey, doesn't Billy Crystal now go to Clipps games regularly?
How do they resolve the conflict between Clips and Lakers season ticket/luxury box holders when they have the same seats and boxes sold to two different holders?

He has for a long time.
I remember him going to games back in the Sports Arena days.
God what a dump that place was, or is....
Well, the people that have tickets and boxes with the Clippers get it, and the ones that have em with the Lakers em.How do they resolve the conflict between Clips and Lakers season ticket/luxury box holders when they have the same seats and boxes sold to two different holders?
I dont see how thats tough to understand...
There will techinically be "home" and "away" games, even though they are all in Staples. Clippers season ticket holders get the ones on their "home" games and Lakers season ticket holders get the ones on their "home" games.
thanks
Did you figure that out all on your own?
what i always wonder about is do they leave all the laker decoration (banners, trophies, championship pride, etc) up for the clipper home games. if i were a clipper regular i'd hate seeing that stuff every game.

No.
well what do they do with it all?
