The seats available thru ticket exchange can be better than the unsold dregs.
why was I able to find not one, not two but three sets of two at 1:30 pm?
I did not plan on buying tickets or better put I did not get my hopes up since only 500 were reported to go on sale. Not only did I not get my hopes up I actually forgot to check at noon. At 1:15 my friend from College Station calls me asking me if I got them...I had no idea what he was talking about. He said he was able to get a pair of tickets at noon. I of course felt the fairweather fan.
After we spoke, I decided to check out spurs.com just for the heck of it. Sure enough in the first or second attempt I got a hit. Two tix for $79 each. I figured what the hey and started filling out my info as fast as possible. Of course I end up hitting enter by accident and have to start again. I finished and hit buy but by then too much time had passed and they were lost. I tried and tried for a handful of times before I got a hit on $110( I believe). I thought about it for a sec and decided against it and pressed my luck. Sure enough after a few tries I hit a pair of $39 seats. This time since my acct info had gone through the first time all I had to do was submit my authorization and viola.
I was more than glad but puzzled there would be at the very least three pairs of seats. I don't know if the fans stayed away or the Spurs fibbed about the amount available?
Oh well![]()

They are.
They are also VERY EXPENSIVE.
I also was lucky to get some $39 tix.
I was in there earlier and saw some (or one) for $11,000!!!!
There were some LL seats for ~ $150 a seat earlier.
Yea... there are still some tix on ticketmaster too.....
surprisingly
Why is everyone surprised that there are still tickets available?
Are you serious?
Sure...I'm not surprised.
Cuz this is the playoffs....against DALLAS...and only a few hundred were available...i expected the mofo to sell out in minutes.
What does it matter when it sells out?
Whether .8 seconds after noon or noon the next day.
It sold out.
I'd expect it to be a sell-out too but I'm sure no matter how many people are there it will sound like a sell-out.
i got lucky and got section 223 row 1 for 49 bucks each![]()
It's like arguing who gets to sit in the front seat when you're GOING TO THE SAME DAMN PLACE.
Who's arguing?
And no, it's not like the same thing.
They've sold out every game of the season.
It will be a sellout.
It will be a sellout. The question is whether there will be a fanny in every seat in the building. I'd think there would be, but I guess we'll find out in about 12 hours.
The Spurs lie so much. They said that there were only 500 tickets available to each game. On the phone, they said that the playoff were sold out.
It's a shame that such a class franchise is run by a bunch of crooks.
Ticket Exchange rules. So does Ebay.
Ill be up top in the mid court with my 59.40 dolla 1:30 am May 7 tickets there were 800+ tickets around that time on the exchange.
