Steve Javie is a pretty good official. He made several tough, questionable calls. You would think it's the first time ever the Spurs got a tough whistle.

Sorry, but Javie is NOT a good official. There really were wretched calls last night at both ends of the court. It is not the total number of calls made, it is the timing and the people getting the fouls called on them.
Having said all of that ( and it is true) the Spurs were TERRIBLE last night because they let the calls get to them and then pouted themselves out of the game. The second quarter was all one-on-one offense for the spurs, and the Mavs are too good a team for us to play well against when we are out of our offense.
When did Duncan start complaining on every friggin foul? I don't recall him being like that in the past. I've always had such respect for him but I'm losing a little of it cuz he complains about every foul against him. Sure, some are questionable calls (as against all players) but he NEVER thinks he fouls. That charge called against him in the 2nd quarter (his 3rd foul) was a bogus call I'll admit though.
