It would have been front page news in my local liberal newspaper (Toledo Blade) if Israel had been responsible, as it is I'd be shocked if it's reported at all.

Five Palestinian Arab children were shot and wounded yesterday, leading to world-wide condemnation of Israel, reports the...oh wait, there was no world-wide condemnation of Israel. That's because, as the Associated Press reports from Gaza:
The Arab kids were shot by other Arabs, so there was no cause for world-wide condemnation.

When one dog kills another in a fight, it's not news. If a man kills a dog, maybe it's news.
Dog kills man -- people are outraged
Man kills dog -- no one cares
The trick is to only kill dogs.
Or to make them look like dogs after you've killed them.
