I'm curious; what will your rates be per kWh?
Texas has this ridiculous semi-regulated pseudo-competetive setup. What is has boiled down to is that every time the cost of natural gas has gone up, these chode-sucking companies raise their rates ... even the ones that produce 100% of their energy from wind power! And then, of course, when natural gas goes down, the prices stay up.
The suggestion isn't terribly salacious.to SA!
