I have heard many stories about something like this over the years. And I
wonder if this is really true. Watch the Video. The corn famers might
want to kill him and well Exxon/Valero/Phillips 66/and others may already
have a contract on him.....Any of our EXPERTS every heard of this guy and
    his HHO machine?

I just wonder what all the powers in the Middle East will do if it is true.

They are already starting to install hydrogen pumps in California.

Yea you use electrons and some other chemical to pull the oxygen out.

This guy says it would take eleventy-million jigawatts of electricity to make this work under the hood of a car.

    Or something like that.

    Brown's Gas

Theoretically possible, instead of storing Brown's gas, which is said to be very unstable, he is using it as he produces it. Mythbusters tried it on their show and couldn't get the car to move.

I can't vouch for the reliability of this blog... but it provided some interesting reading on the topic:

Well I guess I am not the only one who has questions about
    the "process".

I have read and heard about making hydrogen from water for
years, but the process takes more energy to process the water
than the hydrogen you obtain. But I wont write it off. I cant
really see someone trying to patent the process or going
into talks with other folks if it is phoney, unless they are
    lying.

Anyhow, I thought it was interesting.

That's why you have to make it AT the new pumps not in the car. they have land line high power voltage. There is some other chemical you put in there too. It's like making heavy water.

There is a whole little shack sized refinery that you don't see in close to the pump.

I can't imagine how spectacular the wrecks are gonna be when people start running into each other with full hydrogen tanks strapped under their cars! WooooHooooo!

That's why it must ultimately be produced as it is used; so there is no storage on the vehicle.

    From Ford URL listed above.

Hydrogen storage tank technology used on board the Focus FCV is leveraged from breakthroughs made in Ford's natural gas vehicle programs. Its new more advanced hydrogen storage tank can handle 5,000 pounds per square inch (psi) of hydrogen versus 3,600 psi in the previous version. The new tank stores four kilograms of hydrogen, which is equivalent to four gallons of gasoline. It also features an in-tank pressure regulator, which lowers the pressure so the gas leaves the tank at approximately 150 psi to work its way through the fuel cell system.

"This is a very important area of advancement," said Bruce Kopf, director of Ford's TH!NK Technologies. "We believe hydrogen holds the clearest promise to be the fuel for future FCVs. Range has been a key issue, and this 5000 psi tank allows us to deliver a vehicle with a range our early fleet customers tell us they can accept." Further range gains were achieved in the vehicle by utilizing lightweight materials, such as magnesium, aluminum, anium and composites throughout the vehicle. In all, the new Focus FCV is 400 pounds lighter that its predecessor. The car also is equipped with low rolling resistance tires for improved fuel efficiency. Just the mention of the word 'hydrogen' still causes some people to worry about potential explosions, so Ford has been careful to emphasize how safe the new FCV will be. "One of the first questions we're asked concerns the safety of the vehicle, particularly the hydrogen systems," says Wallace. "As we place more vehicles on the road, we'll work to make people understand that a fuel cell engine will be as safe for our customers as their conventional internal combustion engines."

The Focus FCV has onboard sensors which constantly monitor the fuel cell stack, trunk and the passenger compartment. If trace amounts of hydrogen are detected, the system will warn the driver. If a slightly higher level is detected, the system will transition to a limited operating strategy and then begin shutting down vehicle operations.

The Achilles Heel of fuel cell power is the availability of gaseous hydrogen. There are only a handful of hydrogen refuelling stations in North America, and no concrete plans for a nation-wide hydrogen refuelling system. Ford is working closely within the industry and with fuel providers to help develop government codes and standards for a hydrogen fuelling infrastructure. As well, Ford is an active member of both the California Fuel Cell Partnership (CaFCP), launched in 1999, and the newly formed FreedomCAR program. The goal of the CaFCP is to help improve the commercial viability of fuel cell technology by bringing all stakeholders together in an effort to eliminate barriers to mass production and implementation. The FreedomCAR program is designed to lead to technology breakthroughs involving fuel cells and hydrogen fuelling.

But perhaps the best solution is to refuel at home. A company called Stuart Energy Systems has developed a small hydrogen generating station about the size of a washing machine, that is capable of supplying fuel for up to five cars. Using 220-volt electricity and water, the unit is designed to fill a vehicle tank safely and slowly overnight.

Here's a link to their company. It's not public but I received an e-mail from them about an hour ago. I asked when they were going public and the reply was "not at this time however if you're interested in a private investment in the company you must be an accredited investor". His definition of accredited was, must have at least 3 million in net worth and annual income of $300,000 individually or $400,000 if investing with a spouse. I've since developed an inferiority complex since reading the e-mail.http://www.hytechapps.com/

Very interesting read. I would love to see someone independent,
like SW research, do a test on their "machine". If it is true, it is
going to have many political repercussions in the ME.

theres an 80+ yr old guy in michigan who has been working on hydrogen power all his life

he has the process down pat where he converts it into a solid hydrogen alloy cake

it's pretty sick i saw it on nova 2 years ago
    Pretty "sick" or "slick"?
