So Finley is allowed to jump on Terry's head and Terry just retaliates and gets suspended?
No other way to look at it. The NBA wants a 7 game series so they suspend Jason Terry.
So Finley is allowed to jump on Terry's head and Terry just retaliates and gets suspended?
why do you think you have to start new threads and not post in the other ones that are talkign about the same thing
due all jailbirds act like this?
I am a little dissapointed, Train. I thought this was an owl-worthy thread for sure![]()
Tlong trolling? What else is new?
LOL, Spurs were screwed out of TWO straight games
Spurs draw the LOWEST ratings, and the NBA wants them in the FInals?
Punches, clotheslines, etc. have no place in the game. End of story.
If JET wants to retaliate at Finley, and if he was smart, he would have retaliated off the ball during the next play.
Um... he was going for a steal or tie up. I seriously doubt Finley was attempting a WWE move on Terry. If he was, I didn't see him leading with an elbow![]()
Was Terry in on this conspiracy too?
Or did Stern go ghost and grab Terry's arm and make him it Michael in the balls?
Finley wasn't even on his head, he was hovering over his body.
you might have a point, but dont belittle what Jason Terry did. You know that wasn't right.
Finley was going for the ball, and not the "balls"
Why would Kenny Smith want to retaliate against Fin?
![]()
Dude, STFU and quit ing. Get off Cuban's and open your eyes.
He sure did jump on his head![]()
If the NBA really wanted a 7 game series, all they would have had to do was not screw the Spurs out of game 4. That way all Dallas would have to do is win game 6 at home. With or without Terry, SA could win game 6, as long as the refs were fair. If the NBA really wants a game 7, thats all they need. They don't need to suspend players to "help" San Antonio (which I don't believe they'd ever do anyway). If anything, they did this because there was obviously some conclusive evidence for it, and with all the bad press they're already getting for the way things have gone in this series, ignoring a big rule would have been horrible.
Maybe it is because Terry dove out of control into Manu's feet area to get the ball...thus knocking Finley off balance when Manu stumbled because Terry was desperate after the Mavs had a TO.
Finley was going hard for loose ball. I am not denying that he made contact, but Jason Terry should have reacted more professionally, instead of acting like a fourth grader on a playground. He broke a rule and deserves the suspension. It is not a conspiracy, the NBA isn't trying to screw the Mavs or Mark Cuban.Grow up and play the game.
Spurs in Seven.
It's all about intent. How often do you see a player on the ground, only to have an opposing team dive to get a tie-up? All the time, especially in late game situations. The league offices felt that Finley didn't intend to harm Terry, so no suspension.
this is ridiculous!
what a loser you are tlong
i can feel your pain.
Funny, Mavs did not even know Finley has balls in big games. So, Finley was going for the ball. Cool.![]()
i learned that mavs fan is like a toilet tisue. jason terry is asking apology to everybody so watch out again mavs fan.... spurs will win game 7...again>>> mavs fans for me is kinda toilet tisue...
