I understand the sentiment and am sympathetic to your point -- to an extent.
But nobody associated with the Spurs made Jason Terry punch Finley in the nards. Terry made that choice and he'd be a complete jackass to: (1) not know that closed-fist punches equal automatic suspensions; and (2) someone was going to find video of it when Finley complained about it.
