I missed it. What happened?
Anyone else catch this, more specifically the last scene? there had been hints at it for a while but i was still shocked...

they showed grissom laying on a bed talking to someone, then sara walking out of the bathroom in a robe.
Grissom and Sara were having a threesome with someone????
No, he was talking to Sara. That shocked me a little too. She's been trying for 5 years to get him into bed with no success. I didn't want that to happen. I'm not a big Jorja Fox fan, even when she was on ER. I'd rather Gris get involved with Cat if he's gonna get involved with anyone. She's hinted at him a few times, too, inviting him to dinner and out for a drink. But, he never goes with her, either. I kind of thought it was exciting when he was into the witch/madam that time.

the smiles they eschanged in the duel area were a clue i guess, but i was still very shocked at the end. especially with how grissom is usually when talking about relationships. should be interesting next season - i just got into this show this season and have been playing catch-up on reruns on e and csi weekends.
My husband I paused it and were trying to guess whose face they were going to show. Our two choices were Lady Heather ( the S&M/ Dominatrix ) or Sara. But we both went with Lady Heather. Still when we saw Sara we went "Woah". I thought it made for a great season finale. I can't wait until next year. The other odd thing was seeing Grissom in a Hawaiian shirt when he was laying on the bed. It seems so casual for him. It was like we were peeking in to a side of Grissom we have never seen before. Pretty Cool !!!
I couldn't remember many details, just that I thought their relationship was pretty cool.
what made it more shocking to me at least is a few weeks prior i had seen an old episode where cathy almost hooked up with a guy at a bar, who was later a murder suspect. at the end of the episode cathy had said she just needed some human contact, and grissom made a cryptic comment about him avoiding human contact for that very reason...
Geez, I hope Grissom didn't take Sara to the boneyard.
I'm so glad you posted this, I was in shock last night when I saw that. As others said, Sara's been trying to get with Grissom for a while but I pictured Grissom ending up with Lady Heather. I'm really disappointed at him with Sara.

Eh, surprising? yeah, somewhat, but damn, the freakin sexual tension between them has been there FOREVER!!!
Its strange, but its something to build on next season. We will see how it goes.
yeah i has been there for a while, but the way they revealed it was surprising. grissom relaxing was shocking enough
I missed it....but I like CSI:Miami better.
