    I'm calling it.

Miami will win the nba championship this year. Payton will ride on Shaq and Wade for this championship ring. Shaq will win one more before he is finished and it will be this year in Miami with Riley.

Too many people here are over rating Dallas because they beat the spurs and I'm seeing too much support from the piston fans here but few have picked Miami. Miami has the size to match up with anything the west has this year and detroit is beatable. They have already lost home court advantage.

So with 4 teams in who wins it all T Park? Since it is so easy I expect you to get this right.

    I take it back.

    For some reason.

I think its the Suns's year.

Ya know what, I have a good buddy who is a Suns fan, and it would be cool to see him win one.

Hes a hardcore suns fan, used to go to the Veterans Memoriol to watch Nance, and Van Arsdale and all those guys.

Hed tell stories about Heard, and Westphal and others.

Im rooting and picking the Phoenix Suns.

It'll be Detroit vs Dallas in the Finals, with the Pistons taking it.

I'll always maintain that Calvin Booth is the ugliest player in the NBA, assuming he's still around.

If Miami or perhaps Even PHoenIX does win, and Not Detroit or Dallas...Then they would be the mOSt ANTI-Climactic CHAMPIONSHIP this decade. Yeah, Shaq's involved this time, but with a bunch of coattailing losers. Lakers Dynasty, Duncan's Spurs, Detroit 2000's all worthy championship teams.

Miami is far from impressive. They have no character this year. They need to be blown up again, and Pat Riley needs to go back to the 80's and stay there.

i don't really care if the Pistons or Miami wins. But I liked the idea of facing Miami if Spurs advanced but they didn't so that's okay with me if Payton wins a ring bec I like Zo Mourning, and I don't think he will play for another yr again w/ his bad kidneys.

If the Spurs can't win this yr, then I'd like Zo to win a ring then retire for good. He's a warrior and a good player and came back to win one.

    Only Shaq wins again

    But I like Wade too.

    and the Pistons.

okay good luck to all except of course Cuban's Dallas Mavericks!

I actually was looking forward to a Miami Spurs matchup last year. Possibly this year, at least from the start of the year. Shaq vs. Duncan ...Ginobili vs. Wade.. Man, that woulda been sweet. But after seeing Miami come out into the playoffs on a flat note, they don't really impress. Half their team is brilliant. Shaq, Wade, Zo (great shot blocking), Haslem...Then you got Walker, Williams, Old Man Payton.

I hope the heat play the mavs and shaq DOMINATES......and pop will then say
"maybe we should have played big"
That makes NO sense. It's not like we were leaving Shaq on the bench...
