Not all inclusive, but I got (what I think is) a good hotel deal for my June trip...

$89/night at Treasure Island includes upgrade to a strip view room, $20 free play, $15 lunch/dinner credit and a complementary beverage upon arrival.

I'm only staying for one night (all the extras are per stay, not per night) so it makes it a better deal.

Southwest Airlines has good vacation packages to Vegas.

If you don't care what time of day you fly (6am to 10pm anytime) priceline.com is good.

last time I went to a hotel, I got pissed at the maid, so I between the matresses and proceeded to check out.

I can tell you where not to stay, but try Funjet.com.

laid back gambling at Orleans.(you can lose and nobody cares)
great brazilian food at Samba(mirage)
the pancake house for breakfast
mimi's restuarant(also for breakfast)
claim jumper(great home style menu)
the steak house at circus circus is awesome but you have to make reservations 10-14 days in advance.

The Steak House is my favorite.
