Nazr is in the Dog House now after the "3".
That's for sure, don't think he's getting out either. I remember him coming in Game 3 vs. Dallas and promptly turning the ball over as well, don't think that helped his case.
I remember Malik being in the doghouse for long stretches at a time for inexplicable reasons, at least Nazr is put in there for clear reasons.
Added by TIMVP??
What did Malik in in SA was his huge contract. His agent made it to back-heavy to accommodate the Spurs and to tempting for them to trade.
I would miss him more if his brother didn't do a good job at running the restaurants. But since the sandwiches are OK - don't really miss him all that much.
The 03 Playoffs Malik is probably as extinct as the 03 Playoffs Nick.
They were both great, but never to be seen agan.
Talk about living in the past. If you can't get off the bench for the worst team in the league, what makes you think he would have been the difference vs. Dallas?
I love malik! I miss Malik!
Malik come back!!!![]()
??? What does his agent have to do with this? Malik got the same deal that Rasho Nesterovic reeived and the same one that Derek Anderson (dayum a blast from the past) turned down. Malik's contract is a standard NBA deal. It's not like a NFL contract or anything of hat sort.
They needed a center and at that time, Nazr was the best available from the Eastern conference. Look his stats up and then compare them to Shaq's during the 04-05 season. I think Muhammad was the second best center then but I'm not sure.
He was, and they were planning on playing the Heat in the Finals, and Mohammed's head to head numbers against the Heat were VERY good.
The guy just fell off the face of the earth this year.
Quite strange.
(Malik+stuck with fork=done)=Malik today
Yeah, he had his moments this year, but Malik's best days are way behind him.
If he was bought out, I would bring him back for the bench.
Him and Devin, Javtokas, Sanikidze, trading Barry, Mohammad and Nesterovic would be a successfull offseason.
That would be the best off season in the history of the nba
