Inexpensive Software

Does anyone know a site (legitimate) where you can buy
software at a reasonable price? I used to have a couple
but haven't used them for a while and cant remember them.
They used to sell the discontinued stuff, which was for real
and not pirated or counterfeit. Or maybe somewhere locally
that has inexpensive software. Thanks
