I've looked at ST in both FF and IE and can't see what you're talking about (same goes for the upcoming eyes jokes).

Look in the grayish bar that says "Threads in Forum: The Club", or the one that says "Quick Reply" above this box, or the one that says "Currently Active Users .."

I wonder if being at 1600x1200 is partly why i never noticed it.
