It started with a rape scandal with their lacrosse team, now one of their best basketball players in Duke history has been charged with driving while intoxicated. He also made a illegal U-Turn and got his license taken away for 30 days. He got out on bail for $1,000. He is going to be in court on July 17. His blood alcohol level was .11 when the most when it's legal is .08. He was arrested around 1 A.M. this morning. Does this affect his role in the Draft that takes place in only 15 days? <------Re
