The deadline needs to be extended in situations like this. It's bull .
The comment was made by someone else, thought I'd share it...

The Dem's are at it again. In 2000 Gore had armies of lawyers throwing our any and all overseas and military votes in FL.
Now the Dem's are filing law suits in the battle ground states- PA, FL, Ohio, NM, Mizzou, etc attempting to keep Nader off the ballots. This ploy has caused a delay of printing of the ballots and in most cases the ballots have not been mailed to the voters overseas including the military, which may end up in said votes not being able to be returned by the deadline.

But yeah, the Republicans are screwing the blacks[/liberal]
The deadline needs to be extended in situations like this. It's bull .
Election laws are election laws. I guess we can call it even considering that a republican backed registration drive in Nevada destroyed valid registration forms filled out by Democrats who the courts ruled yesterday won't be allowed to vote in the Presidential election.
Election laws are election laws? Spoken like a true piece of liberal cheater.
So Dan, you don't think the votes of the military, the guys over there getting shot at, should count?
If anything as much as you claim our military hates Bush, I'd think you'd want their votes to count.
But nevermind, the military is about 80-20 in favor of Bush, so yeah, their votes shouldn't count.[/liberal Kerry lover]
Only a Kerry fan, in the face of decreasing polling numbers in favor of his Hanoi Boy, would want to oppress the military/overseas vote from multiple states.
If that's really the case, then that decision was wrong too.
Doesn't change the fact that the vote should not be stripped from soldiers because of frivolous lawsuits meant to limit voters' ability to choose a President. If Nader is not legally eligible to be on the ballot, fine, but these proceedings should not affect the overseas vote. That's common ing sense.
Are you Al Gore's brother Dan?????
Hook,
Like Kerry and his campaign, it's obvious that Dan has the opinion that whatever it takes to win the vote, be it scare tactics about the draft and voter intimidation, blocking the overseas military vote with bull court antics, whatever it takes.
Dan would probably dress up as a Klansman and go down to the inner city and tell them to vote Bush or else if he thought it would help the vote.
I offer nbadan's at ude as exhibit #1 for people who are sitting on the fence with their vote.
Good call GON
