The San Antonio Spurs announced today that they have traded the draft rights of Damir Markota to the Milwaukee Bucks for the better of Milwaukee's two second round picks in the 2007 NBA Draft. Milwaukee currently holds their own second round pick as well as the Houston Rockets second round pick in 2007.

Spurs draft a 6-foot-11 small forward and then trade him within 20 minutes.

Should have known he wasn't Spurs material when I heard that he had off the court problems. So much for the Euro Balla.
His name was too easy to pronounce and he sounded like too much of a balla to be a Spurs player although he was a ty FT shooter.
I never liked him and his receding hair line anyway.
