Rumor: Bobcats to sign Walter Herrmann

According to newspapers in Argentina and Spain, Walter Herrmann will travel next week to Charlotte to sign his contract. He is a free agent now, he finished his contract with Unicaja Malaga.

He's a small forward right? Power forward? Either way, if I remember correctly, he's a forward. And, if that's the case, with Gerald Wallace, Okafor, Morrison, and May, what would Hermann provide the Bobcats other than insurance?

I don't know for sure, but the only thing I can think of is that maybe the Bobcats are looking for some solid leadership from him for the team. He's played in the Olympics and sounds like done well, maybe that is what they are after? Just a guess.
