thats funny and messed up at the same time.
So my dad owns a few convenient stores.
We have this eletronic surveillance system so we can look at it from home. Around 10 we got a call from our employee telling us there's a lot of blood and 2 guys just got into a fight.
So I was curious, I went back and rewinded the tape. This poor skinny white kid was at the counter, this black guy comes up behind him...and puts his arm on him (Our employee said he was asking for money owed) and white guy tried to take his arm off his neck/back...bad move.
Black guy knocks white guy on his ass, then picks him up and puts him in a choke hold with his toes touching the ground. Then smashes his face on our beer thingy, the beer on ice. His face cracks open, blood all over the floor and his face....damn...
I think the black guy ended up etting like 3 bucks out of him (which I guess isn't what he was owed total) and stood there for 5 minutes threatening him. =/
This is the 2nd time something like this has happened at our store, the last time was one of our employees getting punched in the face by the husband of a lady our employee was hitting on. *shakes head*
Anyways, thought I'd share. Crazy world, pay the people you owe...there's some crazy ers out there.

I just read a few words of this post. But from what I gather you have a videotape showing a beat down. You should sell that tape to RealTV, Maximum Exposure or any other place you can. Make some cash.
I didn't find it funny at all... that's ed up.
It actually was funny.
Until the dude slammed the kids face on the beer tub, the corner. It was steel. He lay there on the groun for a good 30 seconds...I thought he was knocked out. But he tried to get up...bad mistake.
It's like when you see a bear, when you're getting your ass kicked hopelessly just PLAY DEAD.

Only people getting the tape is the police, if they ask for it.

I was kind of pissed because our employees just stood there and watched, along with 2-3 other customers in the store. The least you can do is try to break it up, most people aren't looking to fight they just want to get there point across then make it look like someones holding them back.
Why not give it to the Cops?
Make a copy. Here in Australia we sell tapes all the time. I videotaped this and sold it. I got PAID MATE!!

thats ed up, but i wouldn't have broken it up.....i would have moved things so they would have more room to fight.
That was what our employee was worried about.
Not so much more room, but protecting the litle glass showcase we have up front. That's a good 3-4 hundred down the drain if it shattered.
what side of town are these stores on?
Anyways, I guess there are a few morals:
1) Don't get in debt to dealers
2) If they walk into a store, see your there, take a 2nd take, then walk out of the store .... you better believe they're coming right back. RUN MOTHER ER.
3) If he does get next to you, and puts his arm around you...reminding you that you owe him money. Don't try to be a hardass and take his arm off. Be his for 10 seconds, tell him you'll pay him, and live to see another day with a non-smashedin face.
4) If you've been beat down, and are laying on the ground motionless, and he stops beating you. That is NOT your cue to get back up. Wait until he LEAVES. Because if you get back while he is still there yelling at you, he will see to it you're knocked back the out.

Sounds to me nobody got in a fight... just sounds like somebody got his ass beat down.

Ya, that's the way our employee put it. "There was a fight boss".
But when I turned on the video tape I was like wtf...this isn't a fight. The guy's mopping our floor with the white dude's face.
this is an obvious case of reverse racism ... something must be done immediately.
