Wudup all? I have AIM, but an older version. Does the newer version have a way to save your conversations? What other features make it "new and improved?"
stay with the old one.
I hate the new piece of , it's 100 times slower. If you exit out of a conversation, when you IM that person back or vice versa, you can still see what has been previously said.
I'm tellin you the old version is a lot better and smoother.
Can I go back and read conversations Ive had days before?

That's what I've heard from so many other people. Everything is moved around too. It took a lot of people a while to get used to the new lay out. Doesn't the new one put together voice chat mebcam all that crap too? All things I don't need. Stick with the old one.
If you're talking about downloading Triton, don't. It's horrible and the old one is much better.
The only advantage to triton is the xm radio. Other than that, old AIM is much better.
So yall are completely sure that there is absolutely no way for someone to look at a IM log from a few days back??
On triton you can if you don't sign off. You can close the window and when you open it back up it will have all conversations since you last signed on wiht the person you are currently chatting with. But with old aim, I do not believe this is possible unless you saved the conversation.
Trillian allows you to save IM histories in a text file. In fact, I think it does that in default.
i don't think anyone actuelly uses Triton. Stupid AOL the one good thing they had and they even screw that up!!! stick with the older version. you could just copy and paste each convo to a word do ent

Don't s with Triniton, it sucks.
But if you're interested in keeping a similar version of AIM, and having more options look into something called "Dead AIM". It automatically saves your convo's as well as much more.
Im not trying to save a convo. I dont think she has DeadAIM. She might have Triton, but Im not possitive. Does Triton automatically save it, or do you have to program it to?
Automatically, I believe.
I had Triniton for a total of 3 days until I got tired of it, so I wouldn't be your best source to ask. I'm reasonably sure it did though.
you can program it not to but i think it automatically does it unless you tell it not to... i think but not positive.
