CANTON, Ohio - Jeff Garcia, second-string quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles, is terrible. Eagles fans better pray to God that Donovan McNabb doesn't get injured this season.
"He really can't play this game at all," Reggie Brown said. "Jeff makes it seem like he is actually throwing the rock to the corners covering me."
