I'm wondering because dancing has changed a whole lot the fast few years. Nowadays, the majority of music played in school dances are hip-hip (Even prom!! 95% of the music was hiphop in for our schoo), and I see couples dancing where the guy holds the girls waist (with the girl's back facing the guy), and the girls cross their arms where she holds the guys left hand with her right hand. So my question is...is this our your supposed to dance to fast music nowadays, especially hip-hop?

Ummm, usually girls dance with their backs to the guys...but I've never heard of "the girls cross their arms where she holds the guys left hand with her right hand." That sounds weird and almost like you wouldn't be able to move...

Anyways, typical club dancing to hip-hop music in a club: Girl stands with back to guy, grinds her ass to his front. He puts hands on her hips. She puts her hands sort of in the air or on top of his. Basically it just involves a lot of ass-grinding.

One word: grinding.. its becoming quite universal especially with today's music... In the Caribbean it's all about whining and grinding especially with the soca, dancehall, reggae and reggaeton music they play.
goto youtube.com and do a search x-man english subs eps, the koreans will show you how to dance and pickup chicks. Its a show like the american/australian version of the mole, but in their ones its more dancing, pickin up chicks, teasing, and most of the ppl on the show are either singers/actors actresses/comedians, mainly famous korean ppl in their entertainment industry.
