Argentina vs. Lebanon will be broadcast live on FOX tomorrow (Sunday) morning at 2:00AM CST and will be rebroadcast on NBA TV at 7:00PM CST.
USA vs. China will be broadcast live on ESPN2 tomorrow (Sunday) morning at 5:30AM CST and will be rebroadcast on NBA TV on Monday at 3:00PM CST.
France vs. Serbia & Montenegro is being played at 5:00AM, but won't be live. It will be shown later at 5:00PM CST on NBA TV.
Slovenia vs. Italy is being played at 2:30AM, but won't be televised at all.

Are you sure Argentina vs. Lebanon is going to be live, I don't see it on my guide
I don't know which guide you're looking at. According to the listings for FOX SPORTS Southwest, it's going to be on at 2:00AM. It's 14 hours difference in Japan, so it matches when the game will actually be played.
According to this, it's not on until 8:00pm ET.

Maybe they decided to show it live.
The problem with that schedule is it gives the impression that the game is on NBA TV and FOX at the same time. They showed the ARG/FRA game on FOX earlier today and didn't list it that way.
However, I just went through the digital listings and it says that the ARG/LIB game is on 2:00AM on Monday morning, not Sunday. I went back and looked at the FOX listings and it's confusing. I can't tell whether the listing for Sunday starts on Saturday night or Sunday night. It made more sense that it would be shown live at 2:00AM, but maybe not.

It is really confusing. Well if it's suppose to be live it will probably be on Sunday morning. They are scheduled to play Venezula on Monday.
On my TV listings (DirecTV and TW) it doesn't show Argentina/Lebanon on FSN at 2am on Sunday morning.
I guess we'll have to wait and see.
