    "step down" so AJ can take over, but only if he gets the rest of his contract paid out. Sit around and watch a few games for a season while spending most of his time in Hawaii (where he owns a TON of property). Then when the money stops coming in from Cuban, get another coaching gig...

    ...he also recently opened up a bar near downtown Dallas. Where he hosted numerous Mavs watching parties. As if he needed another watering hole or any additional excuses to get "sloshed".

    By moving to S.F. he's now closer to his beloved Maui.
