You think Bonner will be the 3rd string center, the starter or what?
What does beating out Oberto mean?
I think Matt Bonner will beat out the battle with Oberto. Matt can hit the shots and hes a boner..... ladies and gentleman we got ourselfs a freaking good front-court player.

It means he will be in the rotation and he will get minutes were he can produce.
I think Bonner is the backup PF, so I think he's definitely in the rotation.
Bonner's compe ion is Horry, who is not much of compe ion due to advanced age. We over-rate Horry here in Spursland. His time has came and gone.
let's go matt
I hope they waive him and get a true NBA veteran,.
Just what the team needs, to get older.
Bonner will probably be the back-up PF and at times even play along side Duncan. I dont think Oberto or Horry will get significant minutes this year.
I would say it is most likely that Bonner backs up Duncan at the 4. But if Fran and Jackie show they can't rebound and defend Bonner may end up starting at the 4 with Timmy D sliding to the 5.
I just want him to provide good solid minutes.
1. Rebound
2. Play good team defense
3. Hit open shots
4. Make me forget about Nazr/Rasho
I always saw Matt Bonner similar to a Brian Scalabrine type of player. Both are bigs who like to shoot from outside.
I pray he is at least 5 times better than that lame Scalabrine.
He's not a good rebounder for his size.
He's not known as a defender.
He'll hit shots.
You should want Butler and Elson to have you forget about Nazr/Rasho.
first to get a boner i assume...
Re: "he's a boner...." Umm, do you mean we got ourselves a stiff prick?![]()
