Good win though....Arkansas is a tough place to play. Looks like, even though its early, USC is not skipping a beat.
I like what I saw out of almost all the top 10 teams today. Cal being the obvious exception, and ND showed that they aren't quit the dominating team that a #2 should be. However, I think GT is highly UNDERrated, so it's still a good win for ND.
Ohio State, Texas, USC, and WVU were the most impressive teams for me on Saturday as they breezed through their opponents. I can't put TN up there since I think Cal actually sucks.
And going into the FSU-Miami game, I'm 10 of 11 versus the spread this week in my office pool! I only missed the Michigan-Vandy game. I've got Miami -3.

When it went 13-7 in the 2nd I'm sure you wasn't sitting pretty. Turnovers is what gave the game away. to start the game we ran a nice screen and run up the field only for sophmore Felix Jones to fumble it a million times. Our defense played great despite the loss. As much as they were on the field they played great. Our offense was non-existant. MAYBE IF ING MUSTAIN PLAYED THE WHOLE GAME would have been different.

I agree... Thompson didn't show the ability not to make the big mistake, and the defense wasn't as stout as expected. Hopefully Thompson gets his head into the game quick, because we've got Washington next week and then Oregon.

You don't understand. A group of 6 USC students started peeling out in the parking lot with people all around cussing us out and starting . Someone backed a chevy in front of them, some UA guys pulled em all out and beat the mess out of them. Not only were they a danger driving like heads in a crowd of people but on top of it they just had to run their mouth.
They got what was coming to them and if some Aggie did that in Austin the same result would happen.

If someone was endangering others with bad driving..that is one thing (you conviently left that part out of your previous post) but to kick someone's ass just because they are talking is being a pussy. Trash talk is a part of sports. If you were in Austin and the Aggies beat UT and you were talking , then got your ass kicked...you would be complaining about being allowed to do so. The same thing applies at your stadium. If someone was peeling out in the parking lot and almost hitting people...then I agree with you, they deserved getting the kicked out of them for being dumbasses and endangering people. yeah, i agree. i think i was right about notre dame being overrated...they look it. ohio state looked good and beat a good northern illinois team handily, while wvu beat down their foe. however, the t.u. team gets no credit since north texas is worse than bad, now let me be clear, i am not saying they should have beat north texas worse... i don't know. but they should not get credit for beating them badly. b/c georgia tech, arkansas, and northern illinois would all beat north texas...and it would not be close.
as for Cal.....ARGHHH! well i was wrong about that game. i really thought Cal would finally step up. i guess thats what happens when your QB sucks and UT is manhandling your lines.
as for USC, well, they did what they do to little ass teams and their little ass fanbase.... ed them up. hear that Brutalis? maybe your big brothers in the SEC will give the Trojans a game in a bowl at the end of the year. till then, don't ever schedule us again. it is waste of USC's time. btw, i was not worried at all when it was 16-7 at the half. two things:
1. the line was 7.5 (at least the last line i saw)
2. pete carroll is the best in CFB at halftime adjustments

WVU is now out of NC contention. Louisville will lose 2 or 3 and not be a top 25 team, making WVU's schedule even weaker.
