If you're talking about acquisitions by the team then... I would have to say its been one of the most boring of the last 6 years... but at Spurstalk, I'd say this has been one of the busiest offseason this site has ever had, wouldn't you?

Offseason for your team, I'd say a 5. You guys don't look as deep as you normally do and your center position looks shaky and you don't want Duncan at the five.

I would give it a 5 also. Trading Rasho for Bonner was definitely needed or this offseason would be a bust for them.
WC is pretty much the only interesting thing that happened; gave 2 weeks of discussion

It may be the price of being a Spurs fan these days but it's still the most "blah" offseason I can remember in the Duncan era. Check that, since the Bob Bass era.

The WC made it bearable... I picked option 5.
This offseason sucked.
The Spurs got rid of Rasho so quickly that there weren't enough Rasho/Nazr hating threads and What are we going to do with our centers? type of threads.
The WC time was okay, but the Slovenians and Argentineans had all the fun while most of us Americans didn't give a damn about it
The Spurs didn't even tease us after Aug 22 with any potential trade rumors.
And we already know that Melzer, Sanders, and JSmith will be in camp, so there's no real anticpation.
My only fun right now is waiting to see if the Sonics are going to keep my friend, Noel.

All of the regulars here talk up the offseason to the new people each year. And while this year has been active here, its been boring as all . Granted, our season ended sooner than we expected it to, but it was still just a really boring offseaon.
I remember 3 or 4 years ago when Kori had us waking up at 4am and checking the forum for freaking updates. And every year since has had awesome updates here and kick ass off season speculation/analysis. This year, it just sucked.
This Spurstalk Offseason = Smallball.

I've gotta be one of the older members of spurstalk that has no friends on it still, and the lack of spurs info outside of bits and pieces about bowen with the olympic team and some of the uneventful acquisitions has sucked.

When you say "spurstalk" I include all the forums....not just the sports forums. There has been some other things to talk about in regard to politics and entertainment and such.
