    Haslett, Will Witherspoon from the Panthers, LaRoi Glover, Tye Hill, Cory Chavious, Jimmy Kennedy and others have all made this defense the best it has been since Lovie Smith left.

    In fact, it might be better than it was then as well.

    They lost the season opener last year to an 8-8 Dolphins and then proceeded to win 13 games. The Broncos offense played terrible yesterday with only flashes of what they can potentially do. They'll be fine, there are still 15 games to go.

    You are right too, this isn't last year. It also isn't the year before, or the year before, or the past ten years or so, which oddly was about the last time the Cowboys were a factor in the NFL.

    Jake always starts off poorly. Too early to write him off just yet. I'd give him a couple more games. If he's still suckin' after that, It's definitely Cutler time.
