Did you see it? It's about the same subject.
Honestly, I don't think I'd split it half and half. I think I'd give the person a percentage ... but it wouldn't be half.![]()
Today I was at the store buying beer and cigarettes and decided to buy a lotto ticket. I RARELY buy a lotto ticket, something just told me to buy it even though its "ONLY" 12mil. I know the lady at the register and in a friendly way "threatened" her that my ticket better be a winner and if it was I said I'd split it with her..
Now honestly speaking, after thinking about it, I really would do it, even though it was said in passing conversation...
I REALLY want people to think about this before they answer... would you REALLY split it evenly?
would you?
P.S. I swear on my future kids life, if I where to win I WILL go back and split it evenly with her. here's to hoping I win![]()

If I do, I will pay $2,000 for you to print that sentance and eat the piece of paper
I know Its improbable that I will win... but one can dream.
And Kori... I think I might be able to schooch around in life with 6mil after taxes. It might be a tough life but Im strong![]()
I'd do it. You always gotta pay stuff like that forward. Money doesnt' mean when you have bad karma.![]()
I'm just saying in my case I'd give some to people I know, so I wouldn't have 50% available for the store clerk.![]()
Kori owes Richard Lee money.![]()
A percentage sounds right. I say 10%.
actually you cant split that with the lady who sold that ticket to you, i think there is stipulations in contracts between lottos and vendors........no bribery corruption . Have you ever in history seen anyone split a winning with a vendor of lotto tickets, no.
Well, the Lottery Commission does pay the people who sold the ticket a certain amount of money.
Because of the chick-flick & Nicholas Cage 'ho that I am, that's one of my favorite movies.![]()
I'd definitely give her something, bad Karma does suck.![]()
Tell the cashier that the bookies were after you, and you had to give them it all.
Where did you get 6 mil after taxes? If you did cash option then you will have about 6 mil BEFORE any split and taxes...figure the IRS gets half of that and you will end up with about 1.5 mil after tax if you split it 50/50.
Which is more than you had a while ago!![]()
