    Drea Avent interviewed a couple of the Filler B's, as I like to call them, Bonner and Barry working out at the local Home Court America gym with the Iceman giving some basketball tips to some of the Valero Open golfers (of all things) like PGA tour pro y Pride.

    Bonner says he's been in San Antonio for the past 5 weeks working out with some of the coaches and strength and conditioning guys at the Practice Facility. He's in shape and ready to go to camp.

    Barry has been back a couple of weeks working out with some of the young guys getting ready. They are looking forward to going into the season with an at ude of a little bit of a chip on their shoulder.

    they were also on the real sports network.... KSAT w/Greg Simmons... that dude is so smart...

    anyways... they did this skit where Brent ragged on the Steve Browne the weather .

    It was funny.... Its Hot and it isn't going to rain again... how tough is that?

    What I like about Drea Avent is her ability to interview people. She's young and very confident in conversation. KABB probably won't be able to keep her for the long-term.

    I am having to retrain myself to tune into the sports news. I don't really watch it over the summer.
