DUBAI, United Arab Emirates - Saudi Arabia is pushing ahead with plans to build a fence to block terrorists from crossing its 560-mile border with Iraq — another sign of growing alarm that Sunni-Shiite strife could spill over and drag Iraq's neighbors into its civil conflict.

The barrier, which hasn't been started, is part of a $12 billion package of measures including electronic sensors, security bases and physical barriers to protect .......

The Saudis don't get it. The terrorists are already there, as illustrated by the 9/11 hijackers and fact that MOST OF THEM WERE ING SAUDIS.

When the post-US Iraqis invade their neighbors, they won't be a bunch of ragheads with AK-47s and RPGs in Toyota trucks. They will be a well-equipped army financed by $4B or $5B /month in Iraq/Iran oil revenues. Toy walls won't stop them.

Since there will have to be a civil war in Iraq fought, THEN a war with Iran, and the complete irradication of the local Sunni population before they can get around to rebuilding from all of that enough to have the cojones to invade a U.S. backed Saudi military, adjusted for inflation, I think you meant to say $12 - $13B a month in Iranqrn oil revenues.
