With his only apparent skills being those of instigation, name-calling, and nit-picking a subject until a thread no longer resembles the original post, I think he's a natural fit for the Troll forum.
I'm betting you'd see the Politics Forum singing Kum-bah-yah inside of two days. It might even lead to world peace.
Besides, after witnessing this thread, do you really want ABC News to be able to come back in three years and say, "Spurstalk.com was warned of ChumpDumper's un-moderator ways three years ago and chose to do nothing." I don't think so. You have more integrity than that.
As an alternative, you could just allow us to just put him on ignore. That way we can regulate our own experience in the Politics Forum...and you will have to spend less time settling disputes and moving things to the Troll Forum.
