It's 11:GODDAMN:24 and ANOTHER ing TRAIN just went by. How the does anybody get any freaking sleep in Sealy, TX???
JEEEEEZUS!!! Apparently there's a sign just outside the Best Western here in Sealy (whose rather lame ass lounge closes at 11 pm f.y.i.) that says "ENGINEER...HONK HORN NOW!!!"

I know Marshall beat those Clarksuckers in OT to remain undefeated in the district and basically sew up a playoff berth.
The result raised a coincidence to me. I was on the phone with one of my high school teammates who reminded me that in our senior year -- all those years ago -- when Marshall had never had any football success, the program turned around when we beat Clark in a game played on Friday October 13, 1989. I had completely forgotten that; actually, I'm not entirely sure why I ever would have remembered it and I'm not entirely sure why my buddy did.
Oh well, now it's a tradition -- Marshall whips that Clark ass every time October 13 happens to be a Friday.
