the one i saw featured footage of him flopping, and each time it garnered a sneering cheer from the crowd.

Exactly. It says more about the person who would take the time to make it then the person it's about. Manu may be the most effective person in the league at taking people out of their game. He's so effective, he's even in the head of the fans.
