I hope so....he was also part of their goal line package...which is where he got hurt.
Derek Lokey broke his leg. He was 1/4 of one of the best defensive lines in the country.
He could be back intime for a bowl game.

On the plus side, things could be worse--we could have as many injuries this season as USC.....
Damnit texas defensive players are dropping like ing FLIES this season!!!!! This is getting so ridiculous...maybe we were spoiled last season, but this is god damn ridiculous. Texas already wont have a full strength OL and now a DL is ed. ed. Thats what we are. ed.
Does anyone know anything about Killebrew, I know he was out when I was watching but I wouldn't know if he came back in because I had to work.
He was injured twice in the game, he's probably out for the season as well
do you realize Scott Derry is getting mad pt as well? Our linebacker core is deep as but injuries are making them paper thin.
Yeah, hasn't Derry been playing though?
he played hardcore against nebraska, i never saw him play so early...was in by the second 1st down neb got..i could be getting confused but i dont remember him playing so early in previous games
sergio in kindle had mad pt against neb as well.
Kindle missed an easy tackle that let Jackson get a TD on a 49 yard run
Also, you must be thinking of someone else. Derry has been playing a lot.
bummer for t.u., i hate to see any player injured on any team. hope the break is not bad and it heals properly.

I saw that. I ended up watching the game at an Aggie Wedding, with a UT alum from 1948. Pretty cool. I was like, hey number 2 missed an easy tackle, that freshman ...then mookie started a ruckus.
Derry has been starting for awhile. He is ahead of Drew Kelson on the Depth chart.
#2 is Sergio Kindle, he has been playing good for a true freshman. Most of his stuff has been on special tams.
^ Agree, hate losing Lokey, that guy is a beast and plays with a nasty at ude. But, we do have great depth which is going to help us out. R. Miller will now get more snaps at DT, and then you'll also see Marshall and Alexander get in the rotation more, all of them are solid players. I haven't heard anything about Killebrew, I hope he's not out for the season-but if he's gone for any length of time I would expect D. Kelson to get more PT now that he's pretty much 100% healthy along with true frosh S. Kindle. I know Kindle missed that tackle on the long run in the Nebraska game, but I think this kid will be a stud at LB, and I look for him to make some big plays against Tech. We'll also hopefully be getting Muckleroy back fairly soon as well.
