I think your going to have to do the text part first then cut and paste the animations, I am not sure, let me play with that softwear first. Is this the right one?

I can't seem to find Slomo, I think it may be 3Am in Russia, so if anyone here has any photoshop skills? I have a question. I have a banner with lightning and fire but as soon as I add the text or a logo, the animation stops.
I used angel luv's sig to test out my system ,and as you can see once I add her name the animation quits..
Is it cuz I am using the trial version of EasyGif and that feature is only for the paid version ,or is it something else? feel free to try the free 30 day softwear for yourself if you need to see what I am doing wrong

As soon as I hit the add text icon the animation stops, maybe it does not have the feature I am looking for. I should have never said i would do Banners for the Kings fans until i had my together

OK you're creating layers with the flames and the txt together. If you do that you must take care that you also change the background flames. Anyway you are doing it the hard way.
Open this file: http://www.cikava.com/images/temp/KGB_fire.psd
in imageready, look at the animation frame by frame and see what happens to the different layers (specially the layers with the txt on a transparent background).
And you'll understand how I made this:
Slomo is a bad ass dude.
Mouse you can make the same effect with only one txt layer, but I made 4 so that it's more obvious how it works.

I found out that when I slow down the animation I used up more frames and the file gets bigger. The Banners are comming out over 1MB each. That is going to kill my Banner making buisness since I hardly have 50 MB to play with. I think I will stick to plan non animated Banners.
How about I just send you the banners?

Hey Slomo you do know I am not using Photoshop right? I have the Adobe CS on disc but that has more icons then I can click in a month. You need a least GED to figure out half that crap out.
I only have 3Gb's left on my HD so It will be close to crash city but I will download it asap and read your PSD file you posted. I need to finish these sigs before the season starts,

Well you should just throw away everything else and install Photoshop CS and Imageready CS. These are the two things you need to do everything pictures.
I've seen quite a few programs that claim they are easier to use and give the same result, but its usually a lie. They are either more complicated or don't let you do what you want.
Don't be put off by all the options in photoshop. Those you don't understand you just ignore and move on. For animation it's very simple, you put each of the elements you want to anim on a separate layer and then you finish the anim in imageready. You'll have full control over all the elements of your anim.
Have you ever tried - gone through -the anim gif tutorial I sent you the link sometimes ago?
I haven't tried the easygif animator because it's not licence free and we have very strict policies about software on the company's PCs. But it doesn't change the fact that I can do a gif better and faster with imageready than with any software similar to easygif.
