It's probably a Lexmark cartridge (depending on your model), so your best bet in that area would be Office Depot, Wal-Mart, Target at DeZavala/IH-10.
Preferably in the Huebner/IH-10 area.

From what I read, there's a thing in the Dell cartridges that will only let them work with Dell (meaning the cartridge for the Lexmark is the same, but will not work).
From what I'm briefly reading online, they should have the cartridges at Wal-Mart.
InkSell, right there in the Huebner Shopping Center. They sell remanufactured carts for 23.00 and 25.00 for black and color respectively.
They also sell refill kits for 13.00 and 19.00.
I use them all the time for refill kits.
I'd go for the refill kits, whatever you do don't spend 25.00 or more on a black and color cart, you'd be better off getting a new printer that comes with brand new carts...
my friend who works at dell said that's exactly why they got into it, printer cartridges are pretty much a racket - easy money making them proprietary.
You can get cartriges that fit at a place like Cartridge World, but they aren't actual Dell cartridges and will probably show an error for he ink level all the time. That may or may not be worth the price difference.
check out office max in the fiesta trail shopping center, it's north of huebner about 2 miles off of ih-10, call them first at 210 558 9592 to make sure they have it
