zogby has kerry at 311 and bush at 213. http://www.zogby.com/
so, the point is that it's way too early to tell anything at all.

You are taking these early results way out of context. Relax, once the states with a huge number of electoral votes come into play, things will get a lot more intereting. It's not going to be bush by a land-slide if that is what your trying to imply.
would not suprise me if bush wins by a landslide to tell you the truth
but who knows
as long as there is a clear winner tonight and his name is bush I will be happy

Actually, VA being too close to call at the moment is a BAD sign for Bush. If the same thing happens in MO then I'm going to feel great for Kerry.

Do yourself a favor. Go out to eat, do whatever, grab a beer, come back in three hours, and you'll have a lot better picture of what's going on.
so was vermont suppose to go bush or kerry?
one poster says one think and the other one said something different
neither of the states called or in the state poll index thread
I actually plan on going to eat in 1 hour then coming back in 1/2 from dinner and finding out what is up
I find the best way to deal with the early results is to brag on the ones I like and ignore the ones I don't... I don't handle reality very well.
west virgina is called for bush now according to yahoo
Bush 39 4 58% 894,595
Democrat Kerry 3 1 42% 644,801

West Virginia being called early is pretty good.
Virginia right now Bush has a 14 point lead, but, it is early, but I think Virginia is key early, if Bush can get it, then that sets a good tone for the west coast.
Republican Bush 39 4 58% 1,152,473
Democrat Kerry 3 1 42% 829,405
