Someone else asked about him a few weeks ago. I'll leave room for others here but see the Univ. of Utah's Men's basketball site. He's a pretty talented young bigman, but still developing. He would probably go late first round next year in the NBA draft if he declares. He needs seasoning.

I'd suspect the Spurs will have to continue to be careful with their 1st-round rights. The salary slots now leave very few options for other guaranteed contracts. The Spurs prefer to trade out of the 1st round so that they don't have the 3-year guaranteed commitment.....UNLESS....that talent is a bonafide, projectable contributor right away. Parker and Udrih are the recent exceptions to pattern of trading the pick.
It's kind of more wishful thinking on my behalf. I feel that he can be a strong player in the league however.
He has been projected as a late first rounder if he declares for the draft this year. If he holds out an extra year he is probably looking at the lottery, and as a result out of our range.
He played very well in his olympic campaign, carrying the side along with Shane Heal (don't start) you may remember the huge facial he recieved from TD. Had a few post up moves and has good touch with the ball.
Utah Utes fans would be able to provide more info as I can't watch the colledge games down here.
Bogut is simply awesome. He has fantastic touch around the hoop, and the way he keeps his hands up for passes, rebounds etc is similar to Tim. Has very solid post moves with good footwork and a variety of fakes. His shooting range extends out to 3pt Line in International play, and his free throws suck (perfect Spurs :P). He is a really fundamental player on both ends. Defensively he tends to get bumped around a little bit because he is still quite slender, but his positioning and footwork is there. He has solid handles for an inside player, and strangely goes left a lot more than right and he is a right hander, kinda like how Dave used to go right instead of left. Andrew really is all substance and no flash and does indeed strike me as a "Pop" type of player.

If he comes out next year, I doubt the Spurs would be able to nab him but you never know. People get traded, deals get swapped. It highly depends on the type of Sop re year/season Bogut has, as to whether he is ready for the draft and how highly he is rated.

If those numbers are real, then, as the cliche goes, those things can't be coached.
Will be the next poster boy of Australian Basketball. The guy looked the real deal in the Olympics and has some really big wraps on him.
Doubt we'll have a pick low enough unless we do some trading.
If he's really this good and getting better, I doubt he will still be around by the end of the first round in next year's draft....
