Well , I'll do it...

I was invited by a photography studio, D-Image at Rolling Oaks Mall, to come in a pose for them. The owner said that if I would allow them to use my photos for in store advertizing, they would give me some to keep.
I decided why not do it. I have always wanted to model- it sounded fun and how hard could it be?
It wasn't at all like I expected. Being put in room with a blank canvas and, in this case, limited props and being responsible for assuring that ever shot is both creative and figure flattering was no easy thing. I felt a lot of pressure.
I was there for almost two hours and he took at least 70 shots and only about fifteen of which are usable.
It was a fun experience but was super challenging- something I did not anticipate. I have a much greater understanding and compassion for all that real models go through on a daily basis. Those girls deserve more respect than I have given them.
Another thing, I never realized what a klutz I was at doing my own make up until I had it done by a professional this morning.
If any of you ladies ever want a make over, Cathy is a make up artist at Dillards in Rolling Oaks mall. I highly recommend her.
Anyway that was my morning and now I am off to work.![]()
Well , I'll do it...

cool beans.
Pictures are being edited. I can pick them up on Saturday and will post them then.
Just remember I am an amateur.![]()
I better go now before I am late. Given my non exceptional talent at modeling, it is best I keep my day job.![]()
Can't wait to see them V, I'm sure they look great ... but the whole 15 out of 70 shots is rather common, those magazine photo shoots you see normally are like 250-300 shots and they use what, between 10-20 photos per layout? So don't feel bad!
Are they nekid pictures?

Aw thanks.![]()
Hope it's not one of those scams where they are going to try and charge you thousands of $ when you go back to pick up the photos.
Presuming it's not, nice one!![]()
If they try to charge me a dime, they can keep the photos.
Although, breeching our agreement would be incredibly stupid on the company's part.
I work at the information center ( that is where they met me) and there are two photo studios I have the option of recommending to people who ask.
I don't think they are looking to tick me off.
edited?
I hope they don't photoshop you beyond recognition.
And I'm sure you id fine Luv! emo's cousin is a pro male model and he says they will take hundreds of shots to get 40 or 50 useable ones.![]()

Yeah my wife is a photographer if they got 15 out of 70 that is really good.
The fuzzies on the pics are from my scanner- the originals are flawless.
