If he gets this treatment all year, he may pull a Carmelo. He's that good offensively. His lone weakness on offense is a loose handle. That'll come. After that, he plays pretty solid man-to-man defense. It can still improve, but it's solid.
He puts in the effort necessary, something that isn't being said of Marcus Williams, right now. As long as Marcus is in the dog house, Chase is a threat for 20+ every game.
